Kennedy's 1st Birthday Party!

Congratulations to Miss Kennedy on her very 1st birthday! You may remember her from their fall family mini session which you can check out by clicking here if you missed it. Her party's theme was a Ladybug Picnic and every single detail was covered in ladybug perfection. Her mom Kelley did an amazing job! We were supposed to be picnicking in the park but a rainy weekend kept us all indoors. That didn't keep anyone from having a great time. After all, it's like her adorable invitation said, "And they all had fun at the ladybug picnic!" (Don't forget to watch the video at the end of this post to get the full effect!)

After the party and a wardrobe change (and a bath for Kennedy!) we took a quick 5 minutes to get a family portrait despite the rain and I am so glad we did! With Memere shooting Nerf balls behind me we were able to sneak in these beautiful portraits.
