Wesley, 1 Year! - NH Event Photography

This blog post is extra special to me because it commemorates my little nephew Wesley's very first birthday party! It was a special gathering of his nearest and dearest and I was honored to be a part of it (even though there are no pictures to prove I was there!).

Wesley's mom and dad didn't skimp on the details, including monthly baby photos, an all-about-me board, party hats, balloons, and especially the amazing cupcake cake!

The cutest of the party goers (sorry grown-ups!).

The very proud Grandma and "Lala" (short for Abuela)...
...and of course Dad and Mom too!

Time for cake! I think he liked it!
Safe to say "like father like son"?
Thanks so much for asking me to take pictures at the party! It was an honor and a great time. I know I say this all the time but it's true - The days are slow but the years fly by. Auntie loves you so much Wesley!!

Ella, 4 Months - MA Portrait Photography Session

Miss Ella is back up on the blog for her next Watch Me Grow session! You can check out her newborn session here. She was a little shy at first, but once her auntie got involved it was all smiles!

She even held her head right up with a smile on her face!

Last but not least we couldn't pass up trying for a picture in her beautiful Halloween Frozen costume. What a cute baby Elsa!

Lorraine & Bob - Thanks so much again for choosing me as your photographer! I am always excited to come to your house for a session. Not just because you always feed me something yummy before I leave, but because you are friends. It doesn't get much better than that. Note to self though - always book Ella's sessions on a Sunday. Home made Italian food...Mmmmmm! :)

Zach - NH Newborn Photography Session

Meet Zach! This little fellow did not feel like sleeping during our session for more than seconds at a time. There was too much going on that he didn't want to miss apparently. It's so funny to see the photos where he's awake and then suddenly asleep or vice versa! Recognize his parents? That's because you saw their maternity session not too long ago. Check it out here if you missed it.

Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes, the cutest of smiles and a cute button nose!

Tara & Mike - Thank you so much for having me take your maternity and newborn photos! At only two weeks old it was clear that Zach is a very smart and alert little boy who knows what he wants. This last one had me wondering what he must have been thinking about. :)

Max - MA Newborn Photography Session

Meet Max! These photos were taken when he was just 10 days old. It was the end of September and we were blessed with such a warm and beautiful summer-like day that we took his photos outside on the deck! (In the shade of course. Safety first!) With the fresh air, beautiful view, and nautical themes I felt like I was on vacation!

Max snuggled right up to his canoe paddle :)

Squishy baby faces are the best!!

Max's dad was super psyched for the fishing photo. Soon enough Max will be big enough to sit in his little Adirondack chair!

..and of course you know I can't resist a baby in a bow tie :)

Proud Mom and Dad who are clearly so in love with their new baby boy.
Jen, Justin & Max - Thank you so much for having me take Max's first photos! It was an absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon with all of you. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and that you love your photos even more. Congratulations on your new baby!!

Colby - NH Newborn Photography

It's Colby's first photo shoot and he already knows how to smile for the camera! This little cutie was such a joy to photograph that I let myself get carried away. This is a very small sampling of favorites from his full gallery!

Recognize these two? It's because you saw them here on the blog for their maternity session! Click here if you want to go back and check out the rest of it :) For now, let's say hi to Colby and his adorable little face!

There's that little smile trying to peak out again!

There is nothing like a parent's touch. On the left is Mom (obviously) and on the right is Dad (not so obviously). Look at Colby smile in anticipation of his mommy's kiss!

This one is special for Colby's mom because she is obsessed with his adorable little feet. I can't say I blame her!

Jen & Steve - Thank you so much for allowing me the honor of taking Colby's very first professional photos. You two will obviously be wonderful parents and it was a joy spending the afternoon with you. Be on the lookout for an email from me with your full gallery and thank you so much for your patience waiting for it. There are so many photos!

Miss Ella, 5 days old - MA Newborn Photography Session

Introducing Miss Ella! We took the opportunity to get a quick shot of Ella with her three older siblings in their picturesque backyard and then headed inside to snuggle her up in pretty blankets, hats, and headbands. She was amazing even while she was awake and gave us lots of sleepy smiles! The very last photo is my absolute favorite so be sure to scroll all the way down.

 Fist bump.

 Tiny dancer :)

My favorites!

Lorraine & Bob - Thank you so much for having me take your little one's photos! Ella is so beautiful and I'm very excited to capture all of her milestones over the next year in your Watch Me Grow series.

Baby Trinity - Nashua, NH Newborn Photography Session

Introducing little Miss Trinity! I couldn't get enough of her pouty lips and perfect skin. This beautiful blanket was given to her in the hospital which makes it my favorite kind of prop because it is uniquely special to her.

Tiny dancer in the making?

What a perfect little bloom! As you might know, I also offer custom birth announcements (click here to see more) so you could take this...
and turn it into something like this...

I couldn't help but take this last shot of Trinity. I had already packed up my camera and most of my gear when inspiration hit me and I knew I needed just one more. She looked so simply peaceful and perfect!

Rehema - Thank you so much for allowing me to capture these precious moments of Trinity's life. She was a wonderful little baby model!

If you'd like to see more from this session click here and ask Rehema for the special password. There is a lot more where these came from!
